Wood. Hands. Body.
A sculpting massage with wooden tools, from a Colombian tradition. Deep, rhythmic, surprisingly gentle.
What it is
Wood therapy works the body with wooden instruments — rollers, cups, sculpted boards — through draining and shaping movements. The touch is firm, never rough: you feel the body wake up, then lighten.
Dafni adapts pressure and rhythm to you, area by area. Legs, stomach, arms, back: decided together at the start of the session.
What you feel
- A sense of lightness, especially in the legs
- Skin that feels smoother over the sessions

Good to know
Wood therapy is a wellness treatment; it does not replace medical advice. If you are pregnant, have circulatory or skin conditions, or are under treatment, talk to your doctor first — and tell Dafni before the session.
Results build up: a course of six to ten sessions, one or two a week, is the usual format.
In Toulouse. The location is confirmed when you book.
Does it hurt?
No. It is a firm massage, not a painful one. Dafni adjusts the pressure continuously; you say stop, she eases. Slight sensitivity the next day is possible, like after a good sports massage.
How many sessions?
A single session already feels good. For a result you can see and that lasts, the usual format is a course of six to ten sessions, one or two a week.
How do I prepare?
Come hydrated, no cream on the skin, in clothes that are easy to take off. Avoid a heavy meal just before. Dafni takes care of the rest.
